Mike Gergen, CEO

Mike joined the EviDent Alliance team in July 2022. Mike has over 30 years experience in the dental industry leading teams and is passionate about helping dental care professionals elevate the level of dentistry offered to patients. Prior to joining EviDent, Mike was the CEO of Seattle Study Club, an international dental continuing education provider. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in leading all aspects of an organization resulting in exponential growth, efficiencies, and success.

Jia Paulucci, CFO

Jia Paulucci joined EviDent Alliance November 2024 bringing a wealth of experience in fiscal management, strategic initiatives, short-term and long-range financial planning, as well as complex financial modeling & analytics in healthcare. Prior to joining EviDent, Jia served as the Director of Finance at Overlake Hospital & Clinics Network and Multicare Health System. She holds a seat on the Finance Committee of the National PACE Association, serving a two-year term, and is a member of the HFMA WA-AK chapter.

Patrick Kelly, Head of Operations

Patrick joined the EviDent Alliance team in June 2023. Patrick brings over 8 years of dental experience and an overall passion for providing clinicians and teams with the support they need to deliver the best care possible. Most recently, he served as the Director of Operations at Signature Dental Partners (DSO). Prior to Signature, he served as a Regional Manager at Pacific Dental Services (DSO).

Jessica Visserman, Head of Human Resources

Jessica joined the EviDent Alliance team in August 2023. Jessica has extensive experience in strategy, employee engagement, on-boarding, integrations, talent acquisition, performance metrics, and HR operations. Prior to joining EviDent, Jessica was the CHRO for a large non-profit healthcare provider and also brings years of experience from her time with Premera Blue Cross and a large Seattle based law firm. During her career, Jessica has had great success leading the HR function to attract top talent and build sustainable cultures that deliver employee engagement and retention.
