Mike Gergen, CEO

Mike joined the EviDent Alliance team in July 2022. Mike has over 30 years experience in the dental industry leading teams and is passionate about helping dental care professionals elevate the level of dentistry offered to patients. Prior to joining EviDent, Mike was the CEO of Seattle Study Club, an international dental continuing education provider. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in leading all aspects of an organization resulting in exponential growth, efficiencies, and success.

Marc Snyder, CFO

Marc joined the EviDent Alliance team in September 2023. Marc has extensive experience in Financial Operations in various industries including healthcare, alcoholic beverage, and logistics. Prior to joining EviDent, Marc was with Precept Brands, a multi-state producer of alcoholic beverages with extensive wholesale and retail operations, where he served in multiple roles ranging from Controller to Chief Financial Officer. Marc began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, a global leader in audit, tax, and consulting services.

Patrick Kelly, Head of Operations

Patrick joined the EviDent Alliance team in June 2023. Patrick brings over 8 years of dental experience and an overall passion for providing clinicians and teams with the support they need to deliver the best care possible. Most recently, he served as the Director of Operations at Signature Dental Partners (DSO). Prior to Signature, he served as a Regional Manager at Pacific Dental Services (DSO).

Jessica Visserman, Head of Human Resources

Jessica joined the EviDent Alliance team in August 2023. Jessica has extensive experience in strategy, employee engagement, on-boarding, integrations, talent acquisition, performance metrics, and HR operations. Prior to joining EviDent, Jessica was the CHRO for a large non-profit healthcare provider and also brings years of experience from her time with Premera Blue Cross and a large Seattle based law firm. During her career, Jessica has had great success leading the HR function to attract top talent and build sustainable cultures that deliver employee engagement and retention.
