Mike joined the EviDent Alliance team in July 2022. With over 30 years of experience in the dental industry, Mike has led teams and is passionate about helping dental care professionals elevate the level of dentistry offered to patients.
Mike is committed to supporting the growth and development of dental practices by ensuring operational excellence and strategic vision.
Jia Paulucci joined EviDent Alliance in November 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in fiscal management, strategic initiatives, short-term and long-range financial planning, and complex financial modeling & analytics in healthcare.
Jia’s deep expertise in financial management and strategic planning helps ensure our care centers’ financial health and sustainability.
Jessica joined the EviDent Alliance team in August 2023. She brings extensive experience in strategy, employee engagement, onboarding, integrations, talent acquisition, performance metrics, and HR operations.
Jessica’s leadership in HR has led to attracting top talent, building sustainable cultures, and ensuring strong employee engagement and retention.
Dr. York graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1991 and completed a General Practice Residency with Seattle Hospital Rotations. She practiced in Seattle from 1992 to 2003 and then continued her practice on Mercer Island starting in 2003 to the present time.
Dr. York’s extensive clinical background and dedication to education play a key role in supporting EviDent’s clinical excellence and growth.
Dr. Wattimena is a skilled clinician dedicated to advancing clinical quality across EviDent’s care centers. As a Periodontics Clinical Director, he helps guide best practices, supporting teams in delivering consistent, patient-centered care through proven techniques and modern technology.
Dr. Wattimena is honored to share his talents in improving the health and smiles across Western Washington, combining advanced clinical expertise with a calm, reassuring approach.
